FP constructed this new school for Banning Lewis Ranch to serve grades 6-12 in Colorado Springs. The new middle and high school facility utilized tilt up concrete construction and contains classrooms and innovative learning space for 1,000 students.
Banning Lewis Prep Academy also holds necessary features like a full size CHSAA approved basketball court/gymnasium for school athletics and assemblies. The design utilizes Colorado’s 300 days of sunshine by providing an outdoor cafeteria/courtyard for students which has seating and tables for students to eat, socialize and use as a common place. The project was completed on an 11 month fast-track schedule.
