Fransen Pittman partnered with CU Boulder and Hord Copland Macht to add an integrative physiology wing to the existing Ramaley biology building. It will provide a new headquarters for the integrative physiology program and includes new classroom space and labs. Throughout the project, our team ensured that the new IPHY addition blended seamlessly with the existing building.
We recently completed construction on the new ground up Deer Trail PK-12 school. In 2017 the district received a BEST Grant for the facility in addition to their bond passed in 2016. The old school and pool structure was demolished and we rebuilt the new 74,000sf facility to accommodate all students and staff as well as complying with the High Performance Certification Program.
Fransen Pittman excels in serving a wide range of markets because we take the time to understand our clients’ goals and develop innovative ways to achieve them. Our reach is wide but our goal is the same: deliver exceptional service and precision every project.
