Safety is fundamental to our daily operations. It’s embedded into our culture, our philosophy and our work.
At our office, we employ a rigorous safety program meant to inform and implement safety policies. Our company-wide Safety Committee and full time Safety Manager ensure that the Fransen Pittman team is well trained and equipped for success. We emphasize the importance of planning, preparation, and pre-tasking. Safety planning begins during our preconstruction phase to ensure that it is executed completely during construction.
At every jobsite, we employ extensive safety measures to keep our team and surrounding community members safe and secure. Our superintendent conducts daily safety audits, while our Safety Manager frequently visits job sites to ensure that safety practices are performed properly and completely. We continuously offer the latest safety training to our employees and our subcontractors to ensure that all workers on a job site are well versed in safety techniques.
We seek to make the transition from project construction to building ownership fluid and effortless. Not only do we deliver an optimally functioning building, but we provide industry leading client training and keep close contact with the building staff throughout the first several months of occupancy.
