FP partnered with UCHealth to remodel an empty facility for their Boulder Health Center. This 30,000 SF remodel covers 2 floors, connected by a modern staircase and a new elevator. The first floor features an eye clinic with a retail shop, Ear Nose & Throat specialty area, two sound booths, physical therapy area, pharmacy, and a CeDAR clinic. The CeDAR clinic has a separate area and is an addiction recovery clinic. The second floor holds a general practice clinic and dedicated waiting area. Upgrades also included four “pods” for UCHealth employees to have a centralized work space. The new clinic has a modern, open and bright feel for patients.
