Colorado Public Radio’s New Headquarters: A Hub for Community and Creativity

Colorado Public Radio (CPR) is building a bold new future with the development of its state-of-the-art headquarters at 777 Grant Street in Denver’s vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood. This transformative project will bring CPR News, CPR Classical, Indie 102.3, Denverite, and podcast studios together under one roof—creating a dynamic space where journalism, music, and culture thrive.

Why It Matters:
This 72,000 square-foot facility is designed to be more than a workplace. It’s a community destination, featuring live performance areas, event spaces, and collaborative environments that invite Coloradans to engage, connect, and be inspired. From breaking news to intimate concerts, CPR’s new home will amplify voices and stories that matter.

The Team Behind the Vision:
CPR has partnered with Fransen Pittman Construction as General Contractor, alongside Semple Brown (Architecture) and Artaic Group (Owner’s Representative). Together, this Colorado-based team shares CPR’s commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability, ensuring the headquarters reflects the values of the community it serves.

Looking Ahead:
Construction begins January 2026, with completion expected in 16–18 months. This investment underscores CPR’s mission to inform, inspire, and entertain all Coloradans, creating a headquarters that strengthens civic engagement and fosters creativity for generations to come.
