This transformative project will bring CPR News, CPR Classical, Indie 102.3, Denverite, and podcast studios together under one roof—creating a dynamic space where journalism, music, and culture thrive.

This 72,000 square-foot facility is designed to be more than a workplace. It’s a community destination, featuring live performance areas, event spaces, and collaborative environments that invite Coloradans to engage, connect, and be inspired. CPR has partnered with Fransen Pittman Construction as General Contractor, alongside Semple Brown (Architecture) and Artaic Group (Owner’s Representative). Together, this Colorado-based team shares CPR’s commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability, ensuring the headquarters reflects the values of the community it serves.
