Located in Broomfield, the 190,000 SF tenant improvement project will transform an existing building into Crocs’ HQ Innovation Campus. Plans for the new space will more than double Crocs’ current footprint to accommodate the company’s 450+ new team members. Designed by Venture Architecture, space improvements include vibrant office suites, connection points, architectural elements, courtyards, and indoor/outdoor workspace.
