Located in Broomfield, this 190,000 SF tenant improvement project transformed an existing building into Crocs’ HQ Innovation Campus. The new space doubled Crocs’ past footprint to accommodate the company’s 450+ new team members. Designed by Venture Architecture, space improvements include: vibrant office suites, conference rooms, huddle spaces, connection points, living green walls, skylights, roll-up doors, courtyards, indoor/outdoor workspace, and a full-service café.
