This project involved a 10,500 SF interior renovation of general office space. Scope of work included selective demolition, reconfiguration of interior partitions, installation of new ceilings, lighting, finishes, and ADA-compliant improvements. MEP upgrades encompassed new HVAC distribution, electrical panels, LED lighting, data cabling, and plumbing modifications to support updated layouts. The renovation was delivered on an accelerated schedule, requiring phased construction, close coordination with stakeholders, and just-in-time material delivery to minimize disruption.
