Completed in two phases, DSST: Elevate NE serves students in both middle and high school. The project required the conversion of an existing warehouse and office space into a 118,000 SF campus for DSST Public Schools. Phase I of construction centered on the build-out of classrooms, offices, student commons, and the cafeteria. Phase II included a full building renovation with field/outdoor space, gym, remaining classrooms, labs, and car flow/parking.
