Originally the Kodak building, this four-building contemporary office complex required innovative processes for the remodel. During the renovation, the center pod was removed and replaced with a 57 foot tall circulation tower that connected the three remaining building pods with an elevator and winding staircase. Because the site was in the core of the remaining facility, equipment access was very limited. FP creatively used a 500 ton hydraulic crane to remove exterior panels and utilized a 54 foot telescoping forklift to install the tower’s exterior curtain wall and new elevator.
