Fransen Pittman was selected to complete Phase 1 of Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center and then subsequently contracted for phases 2-4. The project included a new build as well as a renovation of the existing buildings. It will add a total of 128 new nursing home rooms, 5 community kitchens, a centralized kitchen, and a new activities center all of which blend seamlessly with the existing facility.
Fransen Pittman successfully constructed phases 1-3 on an occupied campus without any disruption to other patrons.
During constructabilty review of the phase 1 drawings, it was found that an alternate roof assembly could be used, which provided cost savings of $100,000.Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center
Fransen Pittman and Kendyl Henry have engaged in redeveloping our very old campus with a lot of unknowns and different systems. They have not shied away from this challenge, instead they have actively engaged with our team helping us identify successful solutions to continue operations throughout this project.
