The Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Skilled Nursing Home care. Fransen Pittman was selected to complete Phase 1 of the facility and then subsequently contracted for phases 2-4. The project included a new build as well as a renovation of the existing buildings. A total of 128 new elderly resident rooms, 5 community kitchens, a centralized kitchen, and a new activities center all of which blend seamlessly with the existing facility.
Fransen Pittman successfully constructed phases 1-3 on an occupied campus without any disruption to other patrons. During constructabilty review of the phase 1 drawings, it was found that an alternate roof assembly could be used, which provided cost savings of $100,000 that went directly into the hands of the Eben Ezer organization.
