Fransen Pittman is thrilled to partner with Douglas County School District on the new Elementary School 50 (official name TBD). The 75,000 SF facility is being constructed in the Lyric at RidgeGate community, providing a new neighborhood school for students in grades PK-6. The school will officially open in August of 2027 with a capacity for 750 students.
