Part of the High Plains Library District, the Erie Community Library needed to expand to meet the needs of its growing patron population. Three separate building additions were constructed to enhance library services and offer additional meeting spaces, study rooms, staff space, and children’s area. FP also expanded the parking lot and completed extensive site work. Given the intricacies of the project and an occupied campus, FP completed the work in three organized phases.
