The Town of Erie’s new single-story facility houses both the municipal court and police operations. The building’s interior includes administration office, training rooms, four holding cells, evidence storage, and a sally port for secure entry. The foundation is a soil stabilization system with geo-piers to avoid a 28 foot over-excavation structural requirement. Finishes include painted tilt-up panels, trex siding, metal panels, and storefront glazing.
