Originally built in 1906, Erie Town Hall is on the National Register of Historic Places. It serves as a central hub for town resident services and houses multiple growing departments. To meet the needs of its community, Erie Town Hall is expanding via the construction of a two-story, 10,000 SF addition and undergoing a 20,000 SF interior renovation. This is a repeat partnership for the FP team—we are honored to once again work with the Town of Erie on a project that greatly benefits local residents and staff.
