Originally built in 1906 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Erie Town Hall serves as a central hub for resident services and is home to several growing municipal departments. To better support its expanding community, the Town partnered with Fransen Pittman to complete a significant improvement project that included a two‑story, 10,000 SF addition and a 20,000 SF renovation of the existing facility.
Throughout construction, the building remained fully occupied, requiring meticulous planning, phased work, and continuous coordination to maintain safe access and uninterrupted operations for staff and the public.
This project marks another successful partnership between FP and the Town of Erie, and we are honored to have helped deliver an enhanced, modernized facility that will serve residents and staff for years to come.
