For this adaptive reuse project, FP transformed the former Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau Concourse Building and Pro Shop into a versatile, primarily open‑air event venue. The reimagined space now features a newly enclosed concourse building for events, along with a fireplace, public restrooms, a warming kitchen, meeting rooms, and dedicated storage areas.
To accommodate large event crowds and improve circulation, the project also included construction of a new entry structure connecting the two buildings, creating a more intuitive and efficient flow of foot traffic. Additionally, approximately 11,000 SF of existing site pavement was removed and replaced to create an accessible path from the parking lot to the event space and surrounding facilities.
