Affectionately known as “the Hollys,” Holly Ridge Primary School (K–2) and Holly Hills Elementary (3–5) have served the Cherry Creek School District (CCSD) for nearly 60 years as two separate buildings functioning as one school. Thanks to a successful bond initiative, CCSD is moving forward with the construction of a new, consolidated elementary school that will serve students in grades Pre-K through 5.
The new facility, expected to be approximately 86,000 square feet, will offer a modern, innovative learning environment designed to meet the academic and developmental needs of today’s students.
This project reflects the District’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, future-ready educational spaces for the Hollys community and the broader Cherry Creek School District. We are thrilled to once again be partnered with CCSD on the construction of this momentous project—The new Holly Hills Elementary is scheduled to open for the 2026–27 school year.
