This modern Lone Tree facility holds flexible spaces for both group learning and individual inspiration. On the second floor, patrons can find three roof top terraces and one green roof with an indoor/outdoor fireplace. Throughout Lone Tree patrons can find spaces that serve all of their differing needs.
This building is a 2-story structural steel frame on a structural floor with a crawl space and drilled piers. The exterior facade incorporates brick, stucco, linear wood siding, formed metal wall paneling, ACM (aluminum clad metal) siding, and storefront glazing to match the other branches of Douglas County Libraries.
