This single-story facility features a central curved spine with off-shooting wings. Honoring every phase of life, Pathways features 12 private rooms, family lounges and meeting space, various kitchen and dining areas, offices, and medical prep rooms. The building’s winged design allows access to the outdoors with ample light for comfort and peace. Pathways is an affiliate with Care Synergy. The Inpatient Care Center serves Larimer and Weld counties, providing patients and families a choice for intensive inpatient care when being at home is not possible.
