Renovation and expansion of the existing maintenance facilities at Sherrill Park Golf Course, including a new 2,755 SF pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) addition connected to the existing 4,070 SF maintenance barn. The phased renovation modernizes the existing facility with new exterior metal panel cladding and interior upgrades, while the addition provides climate-controlled locker rooms, showers, restrooms, break areas, offices, and support spaces.
The project also includes a new 2,500 SF standalone PEMB training center featuring three hitting bays with roll-up doors, conference space, storage, and support amenities. Site improvements include grading, drainage enhancements, and new paving to support the expanded facilities.
