Fransen Pittman completed two phases for St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. The first phase began with site work, earth work, roadway widening and parking lot construction. The second phase of construction created a new sanctuary for the existing facility. This sanctuary offers a direct view of Pike’s Peak and allows for 175 seats facing the altar. Phase two work also created an exterior cupola. All the construction at St. Francis of Assisi was completed while the church remained operational.
