Catholic Church

St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church is located in Loveland, CO. After years of deferred maintenance coupled with a growing Church community, the facility was in need of major renovations and more space. With an attached Catholic school, St. John’s remained occupied throughout construction. To maintain a safe site and meet the needs of the St. John’s community, our FP team divided construction into two phases.

The first phase of work included a single story parish hall addition with commercial kitchen, two story office addition, Narthex expansion, full renovation of the nave, full renovation of the basement, and new rectory. The second phase called for demolition of the existing formation house, parish offices and rectory. Sitework included added parking spaces, signage, fencing, site grading, and a prayer garden.
