STEM School Highlands Ranch looked to complete their school’s master plan with a multi-phased construction project. Phase I of the project called for a new two-story building addition to house a new middle school cafeteria, commercial-grade kitchen, and four (4) new classrooms. Phase II required the relocation and renovation of science and engineering classrooms to make way for a new CHSAA-regulation gymnasium, fitness room, locker rooms, and performance stage. An athletic entrance linking the new gym and building addition was also added. Much of the project took place during the school year, requiring complex site logistics and safety plans.
