Currently under construction, the new 18,000 SF Sterling Ranch Library will serve the rapidly growing Sterling Ranch and Roxborough communities with expanded library services, flexible gathering spaces, and modern amenities. Designed in alignment with Sterling Ranch’s master-planned vision, the facility will feature library collections, interactive children’s spaces, an event hall, two conference rooms, five reservable study rooms, and a variety of spaces for collaboration, learning, and quiet reflection.
Located near the intersection of W. Titan Road and Taylor River Circle, the project includes extensive site development and outdoor community amenities, including a terrace, plaza, children’s garden, 84 dedicated parking spaces, and a drive-thru book return.
