A multi-phased project, Tarrant County partnered with the FP Texas team to transform an existing three-story facility into the county’s new 911 Headquarters. Phase I project scope included an interior data center and HVAC build-out of existing space to accommodate critical infrastructure for the county’s new headquarters campus. During Phase II of construction, the FP team completed a full build-out of the three-story building, including full electrical replacement and HVAC replacement. Site improvements were significant and included the construction of a scenic walking trail and picnic area for Tarrant County 911 employees to enjoy during breaks. Notably, Phase II required working around the operational data center that had been constructed in Phase I.
