Originally built in 1908, University Hill Elementary overlooks the CU Boulder campus. Having had minimal updates in years past, the historic school was in need of more space and an interior refresh. Our team built an addition behind the school during the winter months, and completed interior renovations and space improvements over two summers. The project also included extensive site work around the school and a new playground.
