After a successful bond election, Weld County School District RE1 looked to upgrade the existing Valley High School facility with much needed deferred maintenance and ADA code updates. The district was unsure if enough funds would remain to include other enhancements.
With the help of Fransen Pittman’s extensive and accurate preconstruction process, the district was able to fund a new gym, student commons, and indoor pool; ultimately realizing Valley High School’s transformation into a state-of-the-art space equipped for 21st century learning and community growth.
