The Windsor Town Hall, originally constructed in 1910, houses four floors and consists of approximately 29,700 square feet. The Town of Windsor planned interior renovations of their existing space to upgrade and improve the safety and security and workflow of the building. Demolition and renovation provided a new breakroom in the basements, FF&E upgrades, and room additions throughout the building.
