Fransen Pittman has partnered with Danone on multiple tenant finishes to existing facilities. Included in the projects are specialized laboratories requiring a deionized water system and separate gas systems. Spaces feature: clean room, Bio Safety Level II Micro Lab, serology lab, chemical analytic lab, advance science lab, pilot processing lab, sensory lab, aseptic processing room, culinary kitchen, walk-in cooler & freezer, innovation presentation room, and office space.
