This 90 year old structure originally served as a metal foundry and print plant before being transformed into a unique office and retail space. This project required a complete gut of the interior to leave only the exterior brick shell and riveted steel truss roof. This building was reconstructed to feature working art studios with ample natural light, a Green Wall, and warm meeting spaces. This project was completed on a 12 week fast track and is seeking LEED Gold certification.
