Zimmer Biomet is a leading global medical device company specializing in designing and manufacturing orthopedic products. After purchasing a large, empty office building in Westminster, Zimmer called upon the Fransen Pittman team to demolish the interior and complete a full remodel to accommodate office spaces, meeting rooms, cadaver lab and theater viewing, and an extensive manufacturing center. As part of the large tenant finish, FP constructed a multitude of labs for Zimmer including quality control labs, new product development labs, and packaging labs. Zimmer Biomet offers a mixture of modern offices and meeting areas with state-of-the-art technology for medical research and design.
