Fransen Pittman was recently selected as the general contractor to restore the Pulliam Building in Loveland, Colorado. Built during the Great Depression, this building once served as the "heart of Loveland" providing space for community events and gatherings. Fransen Pittman is kicking off the first phase of the project with architect Form+works design group to bring the building up to code and add a new elevator.
