Our culture is an integral part of everything we do at Fransen Pittman! Because of this, we are excited to announce that we have been awarded one of Colorado’s Top Workplaces by The Denver Post for the second year in a row. Through anonymous nominations and surveys, FP was named one of the ten best mid-sized Colorado workplaces.
The Denver Post said that “Fransen Pittman General Contractors keeps company culture at its core. Holiday parties, employee-appreciation luncheons and office-sponsored sports leagues cultivate a teamwork-driven work environment, while certification programs — such as OSHA, CPR and LEED AP trainings — promote professional development. At Fransen Pittman, employee well-being is the key to success. FP aims to transform Colorado communities by (literally) building change from the ground up, but it also promotes positive changes through acts of volunteerism. In the last year alone, the company sponsored the Englewood Education Foundation, Douglas County Libraries, Ronald McDonald KOSI Light the House Radiothon and CO-Lab Research Awards.”
We are honored to receive this recognition and want to thank each one of our employees for upholding our values and unmatched culture even through the growth of our company.
