It’s groundbreaking season!

Fransen Pittman is honored to partner with Cherry Creek School District, CBRE, and RTA Architects on the new Holly Hills Elementary School project. Affectionately known as “the Hollys,” Holly Ridge Primary (K–2) and Holly Hills Elementary (3–5) have served the CCSD community for nearly 60 years as two separate campuses. Thanks to a successful bond initiative, this new project will unify all grades into one comprehensive, state-of-the-art facility.

The new facility, expected to be approximately 86,000 square feet, will offer a modern, innovative learning environment designed to meet the academic and developmental needs of today’s students.

This project reflects the District’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, future-ready educational spaces for the Hollys community and the broader Cherry Creek School District. We are thrilled to once again be partnered with CCSD on the construction of this momentous project—The new Holly Hills Elementary is scheduled to open for the 2026–27 school year.
