Fransen Pittman was one of the 42 Colorado employers that Pinnacol Assurance awarded the Circle of Safety Award. Out of 57,000 policy holders, Fransen Pittman earned the “Gold” level for our exemplary performance in safety, risk control, financial and claims management. “This award means that our people and our safety program are some of the best in the state! It shows that FP’s safety is where it needs to be to keep our folks happy and healthy” according to Fransen Pittman’s full time Safety Manager, Tim Taylor. This award signifies Fransen Pittman’s commitment to safety and our continual pursuit to improve our practices to keep people safe. Tim Taylor believes “FP’s dedication to safety got us the ratings, scores, and history to qualify for the award. Our ability to provide example after example of our safety program and safety culture both in person and in paper form got us the award”. The Pinnacol Circle of Safety “Gold” award reflects the importance Fransen Pittman has placed on safety. Safety permeates every aspect of FP’s work. From preconstruction until successful project closeout, safety is at the forefront of our planning and execution. We continuously hold training sessions for our employees and our subcontractors so that every person on a job site is well versed in the latest safety practices. Among some of our safety checks, project superintendents make daily safety audits to be shared with the entire project team and our Safety Manager, Tim Taylor, makes unannounced job site visits to ensure that our safety practices are being utilized.
