After 28 years firmly rooted in the Colorado ground, Fransen Pittman Construction is expanding to the great state of Texas. Trevor Khoury, VP of the DFW Region, and Jed Risser, Preconstruction Manager, will be taking their construction expertise (and families) to the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex.

As many know, DFW has seen astounding development in recent years and ranks top in the country for overall population growth. Khoury says, “Starting an office in Texas has been on my mind for the last six years. We are eager to be a part of the market and join the growing entrepreneurial community.” Khoury and Risser are thrilled to face this new adventure head-on. “There is a lot of anticipation for our move to Dallas-Fort Worth and the opening of the first out-of-state FP office,” says Risser. He adds, “When Trevor and I made our first trip to the area, the opportunity to expand Fransen Pittman was undeniable. We know the FP culture and process will fit in with the Dallas-Fort Worth dynamic and it will be incredible to see what we can do.”
