Fransen Pittman has been lucky enough to work on a historical roof renovation for our state capitol. Reconstruction of this 16,000 square foot roof area has blended the preservation of the original roofing with the construction of a new, sustainable roof.
Parker Library is the largest of the 3 brand new Douglas County Libraries. At over 44,000 square feet, Parker Library utilizes its size for state-of-the-art recording studios, collaboration areas, and study rooms.
Our 27,000 square feet expansion and addition happened both inside the museum and out. Outside, patrons will find activities like a zip-line and adventure areas, while inside kids can test out their cooking skills in a learning kitchen.
FP completed a 60,000 square feet renovation and upgrade for the University of Colorado's Ketchum Hall. Students and professors will now have updated classrooms, labs, and office spaces. In line with CU's commitment to sustainability, this building received LEED Gold status.
